The following individuals and organizations have assisted me over the years with the fine art of conscious, compassionate living. I mention them here with immense gratitude for their guidance, love and support....

And since living one's passion can bear gifts for everyone, here's a mention of the incredible artwork of some of my friends....
- Pottery and sculpture to die for, by longtime potter Keith Gordon. I could fill my home with his stuff, and lucky for me, Keith can accommodate, including throwing in the kitchen sink (literally): Cagey Creations.
- Truly unique silver jewelry. Lovely nature-inspired designs by yoga and travel enthusiast Lisa Medoff: Lisa Medoff Designs.
- Meditative music to chill to again and again. "Still Point, Fading Day" (the name says it all) by Margin Stars.
- Treasure chest for beach combers. Anne Rothman and Ken Hicks have turned their love of the shore into works of art, with items that range from necklaces to books and various meditation sculptures in between:
R and H 71 Productions.

- Have you heard about the Charter for Compassion?
It's an unprecedented organization created by the brilliant Karen Armstrong.
Learn about the charter on TED.org
(a phenomenal site in itself).
Then why not affirm the charter and join Karen, and countless others, in its mission.
- Each month, I take a portion of my yoga income and make automated recurring donations to the following inspiring organizations. They're incredibly dear to my heart and I thank them for their service....
